Nearly hebdomadally, I receive an email from a reader asking about how I gathered the motivation to start out and maintain a blog (questions associated with the way to start a WordPress blog on HostGator as well). The very very first thing you would like to try to do is to start out the blog you would like. You won’t know if you wish to blog or if you hate it unless you really start one.
Personally, I didn’t know if I might like blogging. I threw myself out there and before I knew it, I used to be hooked into it. I really like blogging and everything that goes alongside it.
As a touch side note: Yesterday, I published a post about how it’s been one year since I left my day job for full-time freelancing. If it wasn’t for blogging, I honestly don't think any of this can is possible.
So, if you’re looking to start out a blog, today I even have a step-by-step post and HostGator review which will show you ways to simply start your own blog on HostGator.
When starting a WordPress blog, choosing HostGator for your web hosting plan may be a good idea. HostGator is one of the highest web hosting companies due to its affordability and the way easy they create it to start out a WordPress blog.
Also, if you're still debating whether or not you would like to modify from Blogger to WordPress, read my last post about this subject. Yes, you actually should switch. I receive this question all the time and my answer is usually an equivalent. Switch to WordPress! I want to get on Blogger and that I still regret the year I spent there.
Here are reasons why you would possibly want to settle on HostGator for your WordPress blog:
- HostGator is straightforward to use. I even have created three blogs through HostGator with no problem whatsoever.
- HostGator makes it very easy to make a WordPress blog with just a couple of simple clicks.
- HostGator web hosting offers technical support and a 99.9% uptime guarantee.
- HostGator offers cheap web hosting.
- HostGator features a 45-Day money-back guarantee.
- You will be self-hosted once you purchase an internet hosting plan through HostGator. If you would like to monetize your blog, then you'll want to be self-hosted.
Below are my step-by-step instructions on the way to start a WordPress blog on HostGator. If you scroll right down to rock bottom I even have a HostGator coupon code for 25% off that everybody can use only for reading this HostGator review.
To start the method, you'll first get to head on over to HostGator to try to do any of this. There are many web hosting companies out there, but HostGator (if you would like to use Bluehost instead, the 2 companies are VERY similar and you'll read me the way to start a WordPress Blog On Bluehost to try to do that) is one among the simplest blog hosting companies. there's a reason why many bloggers choose HostGator for his or her web hosting needs.
I have some affiliate links throughout this post, and if you'll use them that might be great (along with a HostGator coupon code at the end). If you propose starting a blog on HostGator, continue below:
